Dear Mr. Sirs:
I started working in the real world (not just 4 my Dad in his RE business) at a magazine store where my cousin Randy wanted to get "French Vogue" called Pete’s Smoke Shop in Sunnyvale CA USA when I was thirteen. I worked there off and on for 9 years. I read everything I could get my hands on and we had most everything U could get. I especially liked the ads. My father worked for a AZ real estate firm pioneering the concept of townhouses "zero lot line" in CA as "assistant vice president of marketing" with a big cool office on the Alameda in San Jose. He told me "marketing" it’s the wave of the future Kirk (circa 1969) . I went to college SJSU after he died and I took marketing with an advertising minor.
I discovered why certain ads worked and how they worked.
I’ve been developing elements and processes for advertising and marketing every since. Using whatever hi-tech methods existed along the way as they came into existence. I was where they grew. They were and still are very annoying but they are getting more elegant. I’ve seen things U people wouldn’t believe I learned in West Hollywood again with my cousin Randy in the early 80’s . I came here to SoCal after my Mom died.
All my loose ends are getting clipped. I’m interested in working for local companies that can take advantage of me
